1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TradeGuard PRO, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

TradeGuard PRO is a platform for traders, organised in modules. BubbleGuard computes bubble and systemic-risk scores for markets using statistical and machine-learning models. JournalGuard (trade journal and statistics) and NewsGuard (macro events ranked by expected impact) are under development and not yet available.

All analysis is provided “as is”, for informational and research purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Scores and statistics are indicators, not predictions of future prices. Past bubble episodes are not predictive of future market behaviour. You should not make any financial decision based solely on this platform.

Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your access tokens or account access with third parties
• You may not redistribute data obtained from the platform, or resell access to it
• You may not scrape the platform or circumvent its technical usage limits

5. Access and Cost

The service is currently provided free of charge to every registered user: there are no paid plans, no subscriptions and no payment details are collected. To keep the service available to everyone, usage limits apply to the more expensive operations, such as running a new market analysis.

We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give prior notice and no charge will ever be applied without your explicit consent.

6. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed uptime. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. Planned and unplanned interruptions can occur, including for maintenance.

7. Third-Party Data

Analysis relies on data from third-party sources (market data and macroeconomic series, among others). We do not guarantee that such data is accurate, complete, timely or continuously available, and we are not responsible for errors or interruptions originating from those sources.

8. Intellectual Property

All models, algorithms, scores and interface elements are the intellectual property of TradeGuard PRO. You may not copy or reverse-engineer the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeGuard PRO is not liable for any financial losses, trading losses or damages arising from use of this platform. The service is provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.

The service is currently provided free of charge; liability is therefore limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.

10. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
