1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BubbleGuard Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

BubbleGuard Pro is a quantitative analysis platform that computes bubble probability scores using statistical and machine-learning models. All analysis is provided “as is” for informational and research purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. BubbleGuard Pro scores are statistical indicators, not predictions of future prices. Past bubble episodes are not predictive of future market behavior. You should not make any financial decision based solely on this platform.

Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share API keys or account access with third parties
• You may not use the service for commercial redistribution of data without an Enterprise license

5. Subscription and Billing

Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. No refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All models, algorithms, scores, and interface elements are the intellectual property of BubbleGuard Pro. You may not scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BubbleGuard Pro is not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from use of this platform. The service is provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
